We love to keep things simple so here is our very simple postage pricing explained.

  • Basic Postage: Anywhere in Australia for just $10.
  • Express Postage: Anywhere in Australia as fast as we can get it to you for just $15
  • Flat Rate NZ: Anywhere in New Zealand for just $10.00. 


So your parcel arrived, or you bought from one of our pop ups and your not totally in love?

Just get in touch via phone, email or social media private message within 14 days of your purchase and we will send you a returns form. Then simply post the item back to us at the least expense to you for a full refund.

Please note the item must arrive back with us within 30 days of the initial purchase.

We understand that shopping online can be difficult and are happy to refund any unsuitable items within the 30 day window. 

As a small business with a very fast turnover of styles we are unable to accept returns after 30 days, so please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns on our earnings for hygiene reasons. 

Faulty items are assessed on a case by case basis. Please see our "Tips" page for advice about washing our garments as we are unable to accept returns of items damaged during the washing process. 

Returns are posted at your cost and it is advisable to get tracking. 


We have now introduced a new exchange policy.

If you require an exchange please get in touch with us.

You will need to re-order the item you wish to exchange your current item for.

We will send you a returns form for a refund on your order once it has made it back to us.

We have made these changes to keep our returns process simple. 

Due to the limited numbers of our styles we can no longer hold items while waiting for your return to come back to us. 

We advise you to order your replacement item as soon as you possible to avoid disappointment.
